The Simpeks Design studio was commissioned to design a two-room, 50 square meter apartment located in the French Quarter 2 residential complex in Kyiv, Ukraine. The goal was to create a bright, comfortable space for rent.
Light, airy colors were selected to make the apartment feel pleasant and inviting. Durable materials like porcelain stoneware, laminate flooring, and glossy painted MDF furniture were chosen for their practicality as a rental property.
An installation of chipboard covered in marble sits elegantly behind the television. Illuminated mirrors on the ceiling and decorative perimeter lighting add stylish touches.
Every aspect of the apartment’s design and execution was meticulously planned and supervised by the studio. From the choice of high-quality, low-maintenance materials to the thoughtful placement of furnishings and fixtures, comfort and functionality were prioritized.
The finished apartment is bright, elegant and practical for tenants. New residents will appreciate the care and consideration that went into creating a stylish yet easy-to-live-in home. The Simpeks Design studio delivered a beautifully designed space that is comfortable and cozy design of a two-room apartment of 50 sq m.
