The Simpeks Design interior design studio was tasked with designing a two-room, 76 sq. m. apartment located in the Varshavskyi residential complex in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The design of the apartment was developed using light cream colors throughout to provide a clean and bright aesthetic. Concealed doors and track lighting installed in the ceiling add a touch of modern sophistication.
Decorative elements like plasterwork, wall art, and furnishings were used to make the space feel warm and inviting. In the open plan kitchen and living area, decorative plaster on the walls and a cozy fireplace in the center of the room bring a sense of comfort and coziness.
The apartment layout and furnishing plan were designed with ergonomics and comfort in mind for up to 3 adults. Storage solutions, task lighting, and ample seating accommodate the clients’ needs.
Through careful consideration of design, style, and functionality, the Simpeks Design studio created a beautiful two-room apartment that feels both elegant and livable for the clients. Light colors, concealed features, and decorative accents give the 76 square meter space a polished, welcoming atmosphere.
