Simpeks Design took on the project of transforming a small 35m2 one-room apartment in Irpin into a functional yet stylish living space.
The living area features textured laminate paneling on the walls for visual interest. Built-in storage solutions like wall units and a partition wardrobe maximize space.
The bedroom door is built seamlessly into the wardrobe, hiding it when not in use. Built-in stairs in the kitchen also serve as additional sleeping space when needed.
Brick tile backsplashes and exposed pipes add character. We cover the gas meter with MDF panels and install hanging blue cabinets for storage.
A relaxation area and home office space were created on the balcony, taking advantage of outdoor living.
Designer tiles and natural stone create a spa-like bathroom vibe. Storage is built under the sink and behind mirrors.
Through clever design like the built-in bunk bed, bicycle storage, and multi-functional furniture, Simpeks Design was able to maximize the usability of the small space. The transformation was a complete success design of a one-room apartment of 35 sq. m..
