Simpeks Design is pleased to present to you a project for the restoration of the facade and roof of a three-story red brick cottage located in the village of Lisniki, Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district.

Description of the house:

• Three floors
• The walls are made of red brick 15×15 m thick
• On the 1st floor there is a kitchen-dining room, a fireplace room, a guest room, a bathroom
• On the 2nd floor there is a library, a home cinema, a recreation room, a children’s room, a study
• There are three bedrooms on the 3rd floor
• A garage for 2 cars is attached to the house
• There is an artificial lake and a guard house on the territory
• Along the perimeter of the house is a red brick fence in tandem with a coffee-colored tree

Restoration of the facade:

1. Building a red brick house – Restoration of the facade:

• Hydrophobizer: To protect the facade from moisture, a hydrophobizer based on silicone or acrylic will be used.
