Welcome to Simpeks Design, an interior design studio that specializes in creating stunning and functional spaces. In this article, we will delve into the details of our latest project: the design of a restaurant in modern style, located in Glukhiv. Our team of experts has meticulously crafted this space, taking into consideration the latest trends in restaurant design and the specific requirements of our client. Join us as we explore the key factors that influenced the organization of the space, the unique features of the different areas, and the overall aesthetic of this remarkable establishment.
The great hall of the restaurant is designed to accommodate 118 seats, offering a spacious and inviting atmosphere for diners. To create a sense of harmony and balance within the large area, we decided to divide the space into two distinct zones, each with its own configuration and atmosphere. This division was achieved through a combination of ceiling composition, lighting fixtures, and floor finishes.
In the first zone, located along the windows, the ceiling is higher and the space is flooded with natural light. This area features fewer partitions, creating a lighter and more open ambiance. On the other hand, the second zone, situated in the center of the hall, boasts a more intricate configuration. Here, you will find columns, a multi-level composition on the ceiling, and a carefully curated system of lighting and lamps. This zone exudes a captivating and complex aesthetic.
Apart from the seating areas, the great hall also incorporates a bar area, a stage, and a dance floor. To add visual interest and break the monotony of the space, we introduced an additional model column, creating two distinct groups of columns. The main column takes center stage in the dance area, while the three secondary columns elegantly divide the area with tables. Moreover, the dance floor is adorned with a mirror wall, reflecting the energy and vibrancy of the space. The main entrance door, which serves as a focal point, is exquisitely decorated to welcome guests into this captivating environment.
The small hall, also known as the banquet hall, is designed to offer maximum flexibility in its usage. Whether it’s accommodating several groups of visitors at separate tables or hosting a large gathering around a communal table, this space caters to various needs. To achieve this versatility, we intentionally avoided dividing the floor and walls into zones, creating a seamless and open layout.
The ceiling composition in the small hall is relatively simple, featuring caissons of different sizes. This understated design element adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space without overwhelming its simplicity. The goal of this design approach is to prioritize functionality, profitability, and the creation of a unique dining experience.
At Simpeks Design, our ultimate aim is to ensure that visitors to the restaurant feel comfortable, relaxed, and aesthetically satisfied with the interior. We believe that the combination of functionality, profitability, and the careful selection of forms and materials is key to achieving this goal. By incorporating the latest trends in restaurant design, we have created a space that is both visually captivating and highly functional.
