Our task was to transform this private house in Irpin into a haven of comfort and style for a family of five. With a total area of 140 sq.m., we aimed to create a space that not only accommodates the needs of the homeowners but also reflects their unique personality and taste. By incorporating elements of modern art deco and utilizing materials such as decorative plaster, wallpaper, and woodwork, we were able to achieve a harmonious blend of elegance and functionality.
At the heart of the first floor lies a cozy fireplace, which serves as a focal point and a gathering place for the whole family. The soft glow of the fire creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for spending quality time together. Surrounding the fireplace, we placed soft sofas that provide comfort and relaxation. This area becomes a sanctuary where the family can unwind, share stories, and create lasting memories in a cozy and familial ambiance.
To ensure that the house meets the needs of the homeowners, we designed four rooms and a dressing room that provide ample space for all their necessities. Each room was carefully planned to maximize functionality and comfort. From the master bedroom to the children’s rooms, every space reflects the unique personality and preferences of its occupants. The dressing room offers a dedicated area for organizing and storing clothing and accessories, ensuring that everything is easily accessible and neatly arranged.
In this project, we incorporated elements of modern art deco to infuse the interior with a touch of elegance and sophistication. Modern art deco takes inspiration from the classic art deco style of the 1920s and 1930s but adds a contemporary twist. We utilized decorative plaster on the walls, which adds texture and visual interest to the space. The wallpaper selection complements the overall aesthetic, with patterns and colors that enhance the art deco theme.
