A modern space for a young girl, where it is convenient to relax, work and receive guests. This is exactly the concept of the design project of a two-room apartment in the Parkovy Misto residential complex by SIMPEKS DESIGN.
The interior combines an open kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, a dressing room and two bathrooms. Green and beige tones, light surfaces and wood textures create a calm atmosphere, while black details emphasize the geometry of the furniture and lighting.
Open space: kitchen-living room with work area
The basis of the layout was open space – a common space of the kitchen and living room. The open composition allows you to maintain a visual connection between the zones and make the apartment feel more spacious.
Light kitchen facades are combined with tall modules with a wood texture. Built-in appliances, laconic lines and work surface lighting support the modern style of the kitchen.
The seating area is formed by a green corner sofa and a compact coffee table. Opposite is a TV area with hanging furniture modules. Their asymmetrical composition adds expressiveness to the interior, leaving the space visually light.
A workplace with a table, a comfortable chair and high shelves is provided near the window. Such a home office is organically integrated into the kitchen-living room and allows you to work at a computer without a separate office.
Apartment interior in green and beige tones
A beige palette creates a neutral backdrop for furniture, textiles, and decor. Green accents—a sofa in the living room, an armchair in the bedroom, and houseplants—add natural color and unify the space.
Wood textures in the furniture and flooring make the interior warmer. Black ceiling light lines, handles and door frames create clear accents.
The modern design of the apartment is complemented by several lighting scenarios: general ceiling light, shelf lighting, a table lamp and hidden light in the bedroom. This allows you to change the atmosphere according to your activities and the time of day.
Cozy bedroom for relaxation
The bedroom is decorated in subdued beige tones. A bed with a soft headboard, bedside tables and multi-layered textiles create a comfortable sleeping area.
Vertical wall lights highlight the bedside arrangement, while recessed lighting along the ceiling adds a soft evening glow. Blackout curtains help regulate light and provide privacy.
A green chair by the window supports the living room’s color accent and creates an additional space for reading or quiet relaxation.
Wardrobe with a well-thought-out storage system
A separate dressing room is an important part of the design of a two-room apartment for a young girl. It has sections for long and short clothes, shelves for shoes, bags, suitcases and accessories.
The open system allows you to quickly find the things you need. Dark vertical racks are combined with wooden shelves, and built-in lighting makes using the dressing room more convenient.
Additional storage is provided in the hallway: a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe holds outerwear and everyday items. A large, illuminated mirror complements the entrance area and visually expands it.
Two bathrooms and a comfortable living area
The apartment has two bathrooms. This solution adds comfort to the owner and makes it more convenient to receive guests.
One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub with a shower. Light gray cladding is combined with a hanging cabinet with a wooden texture. A wide mirror with rounded corners and lighting softens the geometry of the interior.
Closed drawers and open shelves provide space for towels and toiletries. For household needs, there is also an area with a washing machine, countertop, laundry basket and wall cabinet. Coordinated materials help to integrate it into the overall concept of the apartment.
